Tree Maintenance Services for Property Managers
Having worked with many property managers, we understand tenants can be demanding of your time.
We guarantee that we will contact a tenant or body corporate representative within 24 hours of receiving a quote request and provide you with a written quote 48 hours after our free on-site inspection. If we do not fulfil this promise you will receive an automatic 10% discount on the quote.
Our office staff and information system ensures that no project or client is ever forgotten, and that the site inspection takes place as soon as can be arranged. Tree maintenance can be messy and noisy, so we will consult everyone who could be affected throughout the project on your behalf, including owners, tenants and neighbours, keeping them informed and up-to-date on throughout the process.
Every aspect of the job is reported, keeping TreeLink management continually informed. Our quotes include on-site photographs, clearly marked to indicate what work will be carried out. All Council documents required are prepared and submitted by us, including Arborist Reports. On acceptance of the quote our pre-job procedure includes risk and hazard assessments (SWMS) and these are available on request.
We understand the issues faced by Property Managers:
The trees are interfering with the plumbing.
This needs to be solved quickly before any more damage is caused. We usually suggest installing a root barrier as this preserves the existing tree and prevents future damage to the plumbing. If this is not a viable option we would recommend removing the tree immediately and replacing it with a more suitable species.
The trees are dropping dead branches.
The trees might be diseased, dying, or need pruning. An aerial survey will reveal what needs to be done. We can remove any dead or dying branches to improve the tree’s safety and can inspect the tree for any structural defects.
There are a large number of trees that need effective management.
TreeLink provides Tree Management Plans (TMPs) to effectively manage risks associated with the trees. We inspect each tree and apply a risk rating to it. Our TMP outlines a reasonable time frame to carry out the work to reduce or eliminate the risks.
The tenant is unsure if Council approval is required for the tree maintenance work theyd like done.
During our obligation-free consultation, we will be able to determine whether Council permission is needed and advise what information should be included in the Council application.
The property owner wants a clear indication of the work to be undertaken.
Our obligation-free quotes are highly detailed and provide clearly marked photographs taken on-site indicating the sequence of work needing to be done. On request, we can take another set of photographs after the job is completed
