Tree Removal Cost: quoting and sales process

Once you register an enquiry with TreeLink, we will book an obligation-free site inspection with one of our AQF Level 3 Arborists. Upon completion, we will issue a formal quote which you can choose to accept or reject. From here, we will book in the job and complete it to the highest possible standard. After the job is completed and the client is completely satisfied, we will issue an invoice and payment can be transferred or reconciled with our Accounts team.

Guarantee of work

If you are not happy with the quality of work, we will happily come back to the site for another inspection. If it is found that the work was not completed to the standard of the quote, we will return and complete it to your satisfaction.TreeLink tree services takes no responsibility for the damage of moveable objects and/or underground wires or pipes that are not mentioned/identified prior to work commencement.

Quotations

All quotations and cost estimates are without obligation. Quotations are valid from 3 months from the date of issue, after which time the contractor is entitled to draw up a new quotation and/or amend costs. Quotations assume that all parts of the job are completed at the same time, unless otherwise stated and/or agreed in writing on the quotation.

Site condition upon completion

Our tree maintenance is performed in line with strict standards and requirements and a comprehensive pre and post-job checklist to ensure every site is left in the same condition as we found it.The quote includes the removal of all green waste from the work site unless stated otherwise. All stump grinding debris will be left on site unless stated otherwise

Will I have access to the area?

For safety reasons, some areas will have to be fenced off to avoid harm to residents and neighbours. We will advise you on this at our initial site inspection.

Difficult access sites

We have a variety of new and specialized machinery that allow us to access difficult areas with care and precision.

Council responsibilities

At our initial site inspection, we can advise whether council permission is required and help with the application.

Safety

We maintain the highest safety standards and safety procedures. Our staff operate in teams composed of a Team Leader, an AQF Level 2 or 3 Arborist; a Climber, an AQF Level 3 arborist and Groundsmen AN AQF Level 2 (or higher) arborists. Our staff receive training in arboriculture and also hold qualifications in Senior First Aid, Traffic Control (blue and yellow cards), Aerial Rescue, Power Line Approach, Chemical Preparation and Application and Elevated Work Platform Operation. Each staff member They are all RailCorp inducted and hold valid RISI Rail Safety Worker Cards and National WHS General Construction Induction Training (White Card).

Insurance

TreeLink maintains all necessary insurance documentation to carry out work for all aspects of tree management from residential jobs to large scale, commercial projects including Workers Compensation Act 1987 Policy A MWN7107284033 Combined General & Products Liability Insurance Policy 439977 ($20, 000 000 AUD Limit of Indemnity) Licensee: R.B Cleaver & A.W McGregor T/as TreeLink Tree Services

Compliance

All work practices comply with current WHS regulations and are in accordance with Australian Standard AS4373-2007 (Pruning of Amenity Trees) All practical tree works shall be in accordance with the Work Cover NSW Code of Practice for The Amenity Tree Industry, 1998.

Payment Information

Full payment on job completion unless otherwise arranged. Cash, cheque, EFT and credit card (charges apply). We require credit card details upon acceptance of the quote.

Cancellations

Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled date will incur a cost equal to 25% and jobs cancelled within 24 hours will incur a cost equal to 50% of the total job value. Variations made to the site after the initial inspection may incur additional charges.
