If you need trees formally assessed for liability, safety or council purposes, TreeLink can help with an Arborist Report. Owners and property managers have an obligation to provide a safe environment for all people living, visiting and working on a property. As trees are living things they need constant care and maintenance to ensure their longevity and structural form.
Following a free site inspection, we formulate a Tree Management Plan (TMP) for you. This TMP will include a risk rating for each individual tree, highlight what issues the tree may have, and recommend solutions as well as provide a reasonable timeline in which to carry out the work.
If Council approval is needed, we will write an Arborist Report and any other paperwork that may be required. For a small fee we can also submit the report and liaise with the Council on your behalf. We write reports for both private and commercial clients.
Frequently asked questions about our aborist reporting services
Do you have an AQF Level 5 arborist on staff?
Yes. We do. We can do Arborist reports for private and commercial clients.
Can I submit your report to my local Council?
Yes. Local Councils require Arborist Reports to be written after an on-site inspection by an arborist that carries an AQF Level 5 Certification. TreeLink has both.
